LYDIA DRISKILL-AHRENS, Senior Client Advocate, earned a B.A. in English in 2019 and an M.A. in English in 2021, both from Emporia State University. JAMIE FRANK, Appellate Paralegal, earned a B.A. in English Literature in 1994 and a M.S. in Library and Information Science in 1997, both from the University of North Texas. DAKOTA RAY, Client Advocate, received a B.A. in speech communication and Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2017.
